So the day began with "Booth Time." We have continuously set up our booth at teacher conferences for two reasons: 1) We are fairly new to the scene and it's a good way to let people know we exist. Yes, we've been teaching for a super long time, we've become experts in our craft, we share our knowledge with our colleagues, and even have a TPT store,... comparatively however, we got a late start in the game- it's called giving birth multiple times and being mommies,...so no complaints! and 2) We genuinely enjoy talking pedagogy and curriculum with fellow teachers. Yes, we are teacher nerds! So chatting it up with teachers is something we enjoy.

For those that missed our time in the lime light:
"Our blog's purpose is to preserve the magic of kindergarten as we maintain the academic rigor."
What makes us unique is that the three of us (Cindy, Cessy, Yisel) are still in the classroom full time. On our blog you get the benefit of three different classrooms. Well, maybe this is what I should have said,...but being the first ones up totally threw me off!
You know you are in the right profession when you are made to feel right at home.
